Roving Reporter Profile : Fraser,
Fraser is a keen musician, and when he's not writing for youthcentral, you'll find him rockin' out on the guitar. Inspired by heroes Black Sabbath, he's been shredding on his axe for four years and reckons it's the best thing ever. He also loves going to concerts, and rates Pink Floyd and Alice In Chains as his two favourite gigs of all time.
"There is a physical force out there called music, it comes into our heads and formulates our minds," Fraser says. "Everything in our lives is from environmental information, and this (music) is putting across that information in an interesting way. It appeals to people and touches their emotions."
Fraser joined youthcentral because he wants to share his opinions with the world and lead a movement for positive change. "Basically I have a lot of stuff I want to put out there about the state of the world," he says. "Almost all of its problems, whether they be suffering, wars etc. can actually be solved. We're hundreds of years ahead in terms of technology, and we can live in an environment which is so much better."
Fraser has no clear idea of what he'll be doing in the future, but he has some pretty simple criteria for his ultimate job. "I don't know where I'll see myself in five years, I might be blind by that stage. But my dream job would be something that I enjoy, which I don't get any money from, and allows me to make a difference to the world."
