Meet the roving reporters

Chris describes himself as a unique person. This comes as no surprise as he is clearly a very smart, fun, down-to-earth kind of guy.

Chris is currently in year 11 and is focusing on subject like maths methods, literature, business management and information technology. At only 16 years of age he owns his own business as a web designer, designing web pages for different companies. He says that although it can be lots of fun, it can also have its downside.

Chris lives in Ararat with his mum, dad and sister Sarah who is two years younger than him. He has travelled to many places overseas like England, Hong Kong and Singapore. He hopes when he's older to go to places like America and Japan.

Over the years Chris has moved at least three times with his family to different towns including Horsham, Bendigo and Castlemaine. He acknowledges that in the near future he may have to move to Melbourne because of his career.

Although he has a busy schedule, Chris manages to listen and keep up to date with his favourite bands like Fallout Boy, My Chemical Romance, Silverstein, Yellowcard, Good Charlotte (only the new stuff!) and Sneaky Sound System. His music taste mainly involves alternative/rock and heavy metal.

When Chris finishes secondary school he hopes to take some time off then go to university and start up another business.
