In 2007, 12 months after the bushfires that devastated the Grampians and surrounding areas, Angela tells of her memories of the Summer of 2005/2006.
"Smoke was everywhere, you couldn't see in front of you."
With most homes saved, the disturbing news came that two people have died, trapped inside their car as it was cornered by the flames.
Angela pays homage to her heroes, those who battled the fire head on - both on the ground and in the air.
