Interpret Shakespeare your way and WIN!
Optus and Bell Shakespeare are again joining together to invite students Australiawide to select a phrase from the writing of Shakespeare and interpret it in your own way.
So here's what you could win
There are heaps of prizes to be won, including
- $10,000 for the school of the overall winner
- $5000 and an Apple iPhone 3G for the National Prize winner
- $2000 and an Apple iPhone 3G for the People's Choice award
- $1000 and an Apple iPhone 3G for winners of each category
iPhones and cash? How can you argue with that?
And here's what you have to do
Just respond in a creative way to one of the five quotes from Shakespeare that are presented on the Make A Scene website (new window).
Your interpretation can be in any medium you want, including
- Drawing
- Photography
- Illustration
- Podcast
- Animation
- Movie
The only requirement is that it is submitted electronically as a still image, audio or movie file.
Your entry needs to be submitted in one of four categories:
- Junior Encouragement Award (Still Image)
- Junior Encouragement Award (Audio or Moving Image)
- Senior Encouragement Award (Still Image)
- Senior Encouragement Award (Audio or Moving Image)
