This text will be replaced

Keeping track of your rights as an employee can be a daunting task. Minimum wage and employment conditions can be tricky to get your head around, but it's very important that you know what you should be getting and how you should be treated as an employee.

In this audio interview, SYN FM's Hsin-Yi Lo speaks to Michael Campbell from the Federal Government's Workplace Ombudsman's office about the importance of employee rights and what you can do if you think you're not getting a fair deal.

This program was originally broadcast on 20 May 2009 as part of SYN FM's Panorama program (new window). For more information about employee rights, check out our Employment Rights section. And for more articles about Jobs and careers, check out our Articles archive.
