Technology for Teenagers - Meet Bradley

The Technology for Teenagers program aims to put recycled technology in the homes of families with secondary school-age children who would otherwise be unable to afford a home computer.

Technology for Teenagers meets at LenZone! Ararat on Tuesday afternoons. The "trashers" work on computers that have been donated by community organisation and prepare them for reuse by teenagers who need computers for their study or training.

Bradley, 15, has been involved in the program since 2006. He is an invaluable font of knowledge about anything with a circuit board. He embraces the concept of recycling and creating gadgets that take on a new lease of life.

A true tech-head, Brad speaks his own language and gets engrossed in solving IT problems. He's also working on owning his own business. This video lets Brad tell his own story about the things he's built and the computers he's fixed over the years.

Take it away, Brad!

This video was produced as part of a partnership between youthcentral and CGLLEN.
