What is youthcentral?

This video provides a snapshot of the information, tools, video, audio and multimedia available on the youthcentral website and its subsites, FReeZA and FReeZACentral. It features the Minister for Sport, Recreation and Youth Affairs, James Merlino, a number of youthcentral Roving Reporters who are young people who write feature articles, news and reviews for the website, and some young people from regional Victoria and metropolitan Melbourne. Most of the video is shot outside, either in Melbourne's alleyways, in front of buildings or in a park. An edgy music track plays as background when people aren't speaking. (Video, 02:20 mins)
