More than half of our 13 graduates have found ongoing work in sports media, with six working with AFL Media in some capacity in 2017. One of our graduates, Dinny Navaratnam (2015), became a full-time member of the AFL Media content team in 2016.
Other graduates have used their time with AFL Media to hone their skills before finding work in other reputable media roles. Susie Giese (2014) is a sports reporter with the Warrnambool Standard newspaper group and Conor Walsh (2017) is a content producer in Essendon Football Club’s media team.
